Scope of Services

Silvernail Lining LLC provides professional advisory and coaching services. Services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or mental health treatment and should not be relied upon as such.

No client-provider relationship beyond the scope of the scheduled engagement is implied.

Scheduling and Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance to book coaching sessions. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. All sales are final once services begin. No refunds are provided after a session has been delivered, partially delivered, or missed. To book a session, clients must agree to the Coaching & Mentorship Agreement and Payment & Refund Policy of Silvernail Lining LLC.

Refund Policy

Due to the time-reserved nature of appointment-based services, all sales are final once an appointment has occurred.

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Silvernail Lining LLC in cases of technical failure, duplicate payment, or provider cancellation.

If Silvernail Lining LLC must cancel an appointment, the client will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silvernail Lining LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
